Sports Tips UK: Cheltenham Gold Cup Preview 2010

Afternoon chaps, the best preview of the Cheltenham Gold Cup that the Sports Tips UK team has come across so far, is on the Stan James You Tube channel by Charlie McCann - enjoy! I'm experimenting with the delayed posting system on Blogger - if all goes to plan this should hit the world around 1pm on the first day of the festival.

Sports Tips UK: Free Racing Tips From Southwell

Today’s Sports tips UK free racing tip is Babyloninan in the 2.20 at Southwell.

Making her debut on the all weather, this filly is bred for a longer trip but shouldn’t have any problems here, Cookie Galore is the best of the rest, but I fully expect Johnston and Fanning to continue their great AW form.

Below is the recent tipping results table a prolific few weeks for each way backers!

Today’s Sports tips UK free racing tip is in the 2.10 at Southwell
Where’s Reiley, is looking for a fourth win in a row over this course and distance and looks set for another big run today.
Great result yesterday for Al Farahdi – getting amongst the places on a 10-1 SP definitely one to watch on next run.

Sports tips UK: Free Racing Tips From Lingfield

Today's Sports Tips UK free racing tip comes from Lingfield in the 2.10. I've gone for a real long shot today currently trading at 9-1.

Al Farahidi making a debut for Mark Johnston and ridden by Joe Fanning, this pair have had a magnificent AW winter in maidens, couple that with the impressive pedigree of Al Farahidi (bred to run the mile) and it's definitely worth an each way punt at those odds. The big danger in this race is Jawal from the Clive Britain yard trading at around 6/4.

£5 each way @ 9-1 - Win return = £66.25, Each Way return - £16.25

Sports Tips UK: Racing Tips from Lingfield

Afternoon All! Today's Sports Tips UK pick is Prince Charlemagne in the 510 at Lingfield. Twice a winner over the winter - definitely not at the top of his game over this course and distance last week, however the drop down in class will suit and I fully expect a decent win today.  Currently trading at around 9/4 wouldn't have thought that the SP will be greatly different.

Another place for the Sports Tips UK team yesterday - with a battling 2nd place for By Command. I'll start the Derby profiles later this week, my Godolphin bias is already showing though, really like the look of both Passion for Gold and for Al Zir.

Good Luck!

Free Racing Tips From Sports Tips UK - Wolverhampton 3.10

Today’s pick from Sports Tips UK is in the 3.10 at Wolverhampton where Kevin Ryan is on board By Command over 1m1f won over a slightly shorter trip with loads to spare last time, and every reason to suggest another win today. Watch your betting in this race there is a runner by the name of Grey Command as well.
I spent a long time considering the very well connected Aurora lights in the 2.40. Connections are excellent but seem to be bred for a 1m trip rather than as a short distance sprinter - out of the Richard Fahey yard and ridden by Paul Hannagan I wouldn’t be surprised if they pulled off a victory in this trappy little maiden this afternoon.
By Command 3.10 Wolverhampton £5 each way @SP
A good few days here for the Sports Tips UK tipping service, with the flat season beckoning let’s see if we can take this form with us.
Over the next few weeks I’ll start to look at all the Derby and Oaks entries and see if there are some early predictions to be made – the stand out one at the moment is St Nicholas Abbey from Ballydoyle.
We’ll also take a look at what the boys in blue of Godolphin have in store for us this year, I’m sure you all remember that stage last season where the rule was simply – If it’s a 2 year old and from Godolphin back it regardless of form! Will those promising 2 year olds take that form into this season?
